  1. No refunds or exchanges on Raced or Damaged due to Racing Engines or Transmissions.
  2. No Deposit refunds.
  3. $40.00 service charge on returned checks.
  4. All refused orders will be charged 30% of the invoice amount for restocking fee plus all freight charges.
  5. P & G Auto is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment of any engine
  6. Prior to shipment, engine and/or transmission are thoroughly cleaned and prepared. It is perfectly tied down on a palette and carefully wrapped with protective plastic wrap.
  7. For all exact shipping costs, customers must contact P & G Auto. via telephone or email. Shipment takes between 4-8 business days and can go to either a business or residential address. Once the order is shipped, customer will always be notified with complete shipment information.

We use the most reliable and safest shipping services to ship out your order. Once you have placed your order, it is shipped out the next business day by one of our very reliable and professional carriers such as: Old Dominon Frieght, R&L, Road Runner, Central Freight etc. our carriers based on rate and availability for the day. Most orders that are processed before 1 PM PST are shipped out the same day!*

In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order, or is a special order, we will notify you via email with an approximate ETA via eMail or phone call.

Returns

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.

The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product.  You must have an RA number or Return Authorization number from PG Engines before you can return your product.  Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package.  Any returns arriving to our warehouse with an RA number will be refused.  Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
